How Does it Work?

Membership Perks

China is a key player on the global stage,  having emerged as an economic powerhouse with increasing global reach. Regardless of one’s opinion on the current Canada China relationship, we – as young Canadians – cannot afford to ignore China. Canada’s approach to China must build upon a strong foundational knowledge of China. Any strategy should aim to advance Canadian values, whilst simultaneously (and pragmatically) acknowledging the realities of China’s rise.

The next generation of policymakers, politicians, activists, and business leaders will soon inherit the mantle of leadership. Joining the Canada China Forum means being part of a network of Canadians who are driven to better understand, and contribute to, Canada’s future engagement with China – in service of the national interest.

We aim to provide members with the opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue, build connections with like-minded individuals and develop competencies for understanding China and the Canada-China relationship.
